Boarding Requirements

Requirements:

New clients must complete a first day of daycare evaluation to ensure they are a good fit for our daycare/boarding programs.
Age: Pet mut be at least 16 weeks old

Vaccinations:

Rabies certificate
Distemper/parvo
Kennel cough (Bordetella)
Canine influenza (not required, but recommended)
Fleas and parasites: Be free of fleas and parasites

Additional Information:

Overnight boarding includes free daycare (with previous approval)
Outdoor play with plenty of walks throughout the day
First day of daycare evaluation cost is equal to one full day of camp.

Boarding Policies and Procedures

Drop-Off and Pick-Up:

Drop-off and pick-up hours are non-negotiable.

What to Bring:

Only food is required for overnight boarding.
Supplying toys and treats is optional.
Toys must be chewing-proof (stuffed animals not permitted).
Blankets and bedding are not required as Wolfpack Canine provides every dog with a raised bed and chew-proof bedding.

Age and Health Requirements:

Due to health concerns, Wolfpack Canine will not board any dog over the age of 10 years old.
Wolfpack Canine will not board any dog that is in heat (Estrus).

Collars and Name Tags:

Every dog must wear a flat collar with a name tag attached during their stay.

Medication Administration:

Medications in pill or liquid form can be administered by our staff free of charge.
Wolfpack Canine does not administer medication via a syringe.

Daycare Access:

Every boarding dog will have access to daycare play throughout the day.

Kennels:

Each dog will have their own 4'x8' (32 sq. ft.) or 4'x6' (24 sq. ft.) kennel, except for puppies who will have their own 4'x3' (12 sq. ft.) XXL Sky kennel.
All kennels are equipped with a raised cot and chew-proof bedding.
If your dog suffers from severe kennel/crate anxiety, please contact us for an evaluation before enrolling them in any of our programs.

Kennel Cough:

Even though all dogs at Wolfpack Canine are vaccinated against kennel cough (URI), it's still possible for them to contract the disease.
Any dog showing signs of kennel cough will not be allowed in the building.
As pet parents, you are responsible for educating yourself about contagious diseases like kennel cough.
If your dog shows symptoms, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Peak Season Pricing

During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
